By creating an account and using Campus Connect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this platform. Users must provide accurate information during registration.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and current information
- One person or entity may maintain only one account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Platform Usage

6. Payment & Transactions

- Campus Connect holds funds for 7 days after pickup to allow for dispute resolution
- Platform fees apply to each successful transaction
- Refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy
7. Seller Obligations
- Sellers must provide accurate item descriptions and photos
- Items must be available for pickup as stated
- Sellers must honor the listed price
- Communication with buyers must be professional
8. Buyer Obligations
- Buyers must pay for items they commit to purchase
- Pickup must occur within the agreed timeframe
- Inspect items upon pickup
- File disputes within 48 hours of pickup if issues arise
9. Disputes
Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved through our dispute resolution system. Campus Connect will review evidence and make final determinations.
10. Termination
Campus Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.
11. Limitation of Liability
Campus Connect is a platform facilitating transactions between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the ability of sellers to deliver, or the ability of buyers to pay.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
